This is one of many definitions of what makes Paris, Paris. The traffic is non-stop around the Arc, as are the vendors selling their wares. The structure is elegant and worth a visit.

Recommend spending some time in the vicinity as well, there's a lot to explore! You can do Arc de Triomphe and most of Champs-Elysees in one go, which makes it a perfect combo when travelling on limited time :)
