Obviously you had to queue till your allocated time but then it was immediate entry to the chapel. I think the signage for the various queues could have been more clear.

Go in the early morning when they open to avoid waiting! Tickets are not skip the line! I originally had a late afternoon time slot and was still placed in a long line with other ticket holders with my time slot. I left and rebooked for a early morning 9am time slot . Only a 5 minute wait in the morning.
