Handicap Accessible! The best part was the little old French lady nearly in tears because she could finally go to the top. I have a cane so looking into accessibly ahead of time was a must. The employees were helpful and accommodating despite the language difficulties.

A magnificent monument, and the view from the top is easily the best in/of Paris - much better than from the Eiffel Tower! You’re high enough to see the whole city, but not so high that everything looks tiny and remote; you can really clearly see the layout of Paris, with the beautiful boulevards and uniformly lovely Haussmann buildings; and you can, of course, see the Eiffel Tower! Ok firstly do NOT try to run across the road to get to the Arc you will most likely not make it. You have to look around and you will find a subway that takes you under the road and right under the Arc. Great for taking selfies. It was busy in quiet November wouldnt want to see it during peak times. Id prob give a 4 star if I managed to get to the top but due to lack of time and the fact that there is no lift for average person gave that a miss.
