We had reservations and were let in right on time. The chapel with it's amazing stained glass is a sight to behold. Plus, I loved the fact that attendants made sure everyone respected it for what it was and kept the noise level to a minimum.
You cannot even see the outside because it is surrounded by buildings. The windows were nice, but I have seen many, this really is not worth the stop.
The chapel has beautiful stained glass windows which tell the stories of the bible. It's not huge so it can be seen in under an hour. We booked a time slot online. So no need for waiting in long lines. There was a line for security, though.
